Universal Prayer
A. For the Church, led by Pope Francis, that we may prayerfully and wisely discern God’s will and courageously follow it even in the face of opposition or persecution, let us pray to the Lord.
B. That leaders of governments may remain faithful to their promises, always conscious that they serve for the benefit of the people they represent and the common good, let us pray to the Lord.
C. For those who are grieving the absence of a loved one during this time of joy, that they may be consoled, let us pray to the Lord.
D. That our faith community may welcome the stranger, feed the hungry, and shelter the homeless, providing a visible sign that God is with us, let us pray to the Lord.

Announcements
1. Registration for our Confirmation and First Communion program for adults is now open. Classes start next month. You can sign up through the Parish Center.
2. We have calendars for next year on sale at our Parish Center. There is a $2 donation per calendar.
3. Next weekend, we celebrate Christmas. Our Mass schedule will remain the same, but we will have an additional Mass on Sunday, December 25, at midnight. We will not have confessions on Saturday, December 24.
